ElevateAV make the license ordering system as easy and secure as possible with one of our friendly staff manually setting up your account.
Please include your the name of account you would like to be setup under in the notes; this could be your company name, personal name, name of the site or anything you want it to be. Please note that this cannot be changed once it is setup.
If you miss this step you will be contacted by one of our team to get the required information. Should you be in a hurry please contact us at info@elevateav.com.au with your desired account name and we will get you up and running asap.
Once your account has been setup you will be emailed with a login and temporary password, please make sure you change it as soon as you login to the server. You can now access the server from either the Portal Login page, or via server1.elevateav.com.au
Congratulations you've logged into the server, the next step will be adding your screen to the server.
